BLUEWATERS

Bluewaters Island will feature the AED 1 billion ($270m the Ain Dubai (formerly the Dubai Eye), a 210-metre (689 ft) tall giant Ferris wheel. When completed, it will be 42.5 m (139 ft) taller than the current world's tallest Ferris wheel, the 167.6 m (550 ft) High Roller, which opened in Las Vegas in March 2014,[9] and 19.5 m (64 ft) taller than the 190.5 m (625 ft) New York Wheel planned for Staten Island.Design and construction are being undertaken by Hyundai Contracting and Starneth Engineering.[12] Construction started in May 2015.The wheel will be able to carry up to 1,400 passengers, in its 48 capsules, and provide views of Dubai Marina and landmarks such as Burj Al Arab, Palm Jumeirah, and Burj Khalifa.Its base will serve as an entertainment zone, and an 80-metre (260 ft) LED screen will be mounted on the wheel creating an electronic platform for broadcasting, advertisements, and other information.[2][14]The first passenger capsule was installed on August 21, 2020.

PALM JUMEIRAH

The Palm Jumeirah is an archipelago of artificial islands in Dubai, in the United Arab Emirates, created using land reclamation which extends into the Persian Gulf. It is part of a larger series of developments called the Palm Islands, including Palm Jebel Ali and Palm Deira, which, when completed, will together increase Dubai's shoreline by a total of 520 kilometres (320 mi).[1] It has an estimated population of 10,500 as of 2016.[citation needed] It is located on the Jumeirah coastal area of the emirate of Dubai, in the United Arab Emirates. The construction was done as a joint venture by two Dutch specialist companies, Van Oord and Boskalis. The same companies also created The World. The recently opened destinations The Pointe, Club Vista Mare and Nakheel Mall are the latest additions to Palm Jumeirah.

Atlantis The Palm, Dubai is a luxury hotel resort located at the apex of the Palm Jumeirah in the United Arab Emirates. BURJ AL ARAB

The Burj Al Arab (Arabic: برج العرب‎, Tower of the Arabs) is a luxury hotel located in the city of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.Managed by Jumeirah hotel group, it is one of the tallest hotels in the world, although 39% of its total height is made up of non-occupiable space. Burj Al Arab stands on an artificial island that is 280 m (920 ft) from Jumeirah Beach and is connected to the mainland by a private curving bridge. The shape of the structure is designed to resemble the sail of a ship. It has a helipad near the roof, at a height of 210 m (689 ft) above ground.

The World Islands (Arabic: جزر العالم; Juzur al-Ālam) is an archipelago of small artificial islands constructed in the shape of a world map, located in the waters of the Persian Gulf, off the coast of Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The World islands are composed mainly of sand dredged from Dubai's shallow coastal waters, and are one of several artificial island developments in Dubai. The World's developer is Nakheel Properties, and the project was originally conceived by Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, the ruler of Dubai. The construction was done by two Dutch (joint venture) specialist companies, Van Oord and Boskalis. The same companies also created the Palm Jumeirah.
