IMPORTANT: Compliance with Rules and Regulations

The Dubai Coast Guard enforces strict rules that all charter companies, including TPD, must adhere to within Dubai's waters. Failure to comply with these laws, terms, and conditions may result in fines imposed by authorities. TPDi reserves the right to hold guests accountable for any fines incurred due to non-compliance or disregard for the regulations set out by the coastguard, as enforced by our Captain and Crew.

Guest Requirements and Behavior:

  • All guests are required by law to carry their original Emirates ID (proof of visa), and tourists must present their original Passport. Residents can provide a Passport, Emirates ID, or Emirates Driving License.

  • Irresponsible consumption of alcohol and subsequent reckless behavior may lead to fines or termination of the charter.

  • Life jackets must be worn as directed by the coast guard and in response to weather warnings.

  • Littering of the waters is strictly prohibited.

  • For safety reasons, swimming more than three meters from the vessel is not allowed as per coast guard regulations.

  • Obscene dances, including belly dancing, are prohibited under UAE laws. Standard UAE laws apply to serving and consuming liquor.

  • Swimming is allowed only for smaller gatherings and when engines are off. Guests are not allowed to enter the water in windy weather requiring engines to be on even while anchored.

  • The Captain's decision regarding guest safety and compliance with laws is final. Any fines imposed by authorities due to violations of laws or regulations will be the client's responsibility, and TPD reserves the right to recover fines, penalties, or loss of revenue.
